These terms govern your use of NCLEX First Try (nclexfirsttry.com), operated by Learnbase LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

NCLEX First Try is an online study tool for the NCLEX-RN exam. It offers a free readiness test and, with paid access, practice questions, mock exams, an AI study coach, a study plan and progress tracking. All questions and explanations are original educational content.

NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN. We do not have access to real exam questions.

No guarantee of results

Readiness scores, pass probabilities and study time estimates are estimates based on your answers in our app. They are not predictions of your exam result, and we do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX.

Not medical advice

Content on the site, including answers from the AI coach, is for exam preparation only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of real patients. Always follow your facility's policies, current clinical guidelines and the instructions of licensed providers.

AI coach

The AI coach generates answers automatically and can make mistakes. Use it as a study aid and check important facts against the explanations and trusted references. Daily usage limits apply.

Accounts

Your account is personal. Do not share your login or resell access. We may suspend accounts that share access, scrape content or abuse the service.

Payment and access

Full access is a one-time payment that gives you 12 months of access from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ by country. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable taxes.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@nclexfirsttry.com. See our refund policy for details. A refund ends your access.

Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, software and design belong to Learnbase LLC. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, publish, sell or share them, or use them to train other AI systems.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we will tell users by email or on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
